Questions
- Are these fonts free for commercial use?
- Yes. Every font listed is released under a license that allows commercial use — mostly the SIL Open Font License 1.1, plus the Naver font license for Nanum. The license id, a summary and a link to the full text are shown on each series page, copied from the official source.
- Can I use them on a website and in an app?
- Yes. Each series page gives web code (<link> or @import, or @font-face when there is no official CDN), an npm install line, a next/font snippet for Google Fonts families, and a prompt that tells Claude Code or Codex how to add the font to the current project.
- Do they cover Korean Hangul?
- Most do. Each font shows how many Hangul syllables it contains — from the common 2,350 up to the full 11,172 — so you can tell a complete Korean font from a Latin-only one.
- Can my coding agent fetch them?
- Yes. Over MCP, search_assets finds fonts by category, weight or script and get_asset returns the install code with the license.
